- The location wise im satisfied. But the conditions was not well maintained and creepy. The big hotel look haunted. The receptionist still using the manual log and can’t find the booking. No wonder it’s so cheap.
- We've got upgrade to a room with lakeview and balcony. It is comfortable airy and the room is clean. Staff is helpful to backpackers like us in term of giving tourism information, road condition foe automatic motorbike. There is hot/cold water to refill. Silent location. Very good sandwich in neighbourhood (marcopolo warung)

- the reception didn't understand the type of room that i book. when we arrived they didn't prepare it yet. bed smell in the bed, the toilet, check in process took almost 1 hour, no trash at all. when we check out nobodies on the reception
